How i started yoga:

"I first turned to yoga during a time when I felt the need for change and a way to relieve my stress. I was working as a gymnastics instructor, and after my classes, I noticed a newly opened yoga session in the same center. The yoga teacher, who often arrived early and watched my classes, would always encourage me to join. One day, I decided to take up his offer, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Ever since, the two weekly yoga sessions became a priority for me, and I made it a point never to miss a class.

I was fortunate to have an excellent teacher who taught me the finer details of Ashtanga yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation. As my passion for yoga grew, I began attending yoga retreats and events, including a 3-day yoga event in Dubai. My teacher saw potential in me and encouraged me to pursue yoga training, as I already had over eight years of teaching experience in gymnastics and had developed a strong foundation in yoga.

After obtaining my certification, I started teaching private and group yoga classes, especially for athletes. As an athlete myself, I’ve found joy in creating my own combinations of stretching exercises and yoga flows, which has allowed me to work on developing my own unique teaching technique. This creative freedom has not only enhanced my personal practice but also helped me offer a more dynamic and tailored experience to my students. This is how my yoga journey began, and it continues to enrich my life and the lives of those I teach."
